Addendum to Terms & Policy for 2009: Effective January 1, 2009, Uni-Select USA, Inc. will charge to the customer account or credit card on file any merchandise that was ordered and not shipped from our warehouse after a thirty (30) day period. If payment cannot be processed, merchandise will be returned to the appropriate supplier. Any handling and/or freight charges, if applicable, will be assessed to the customer.
