All Past Due accounts are subject to 1.5% per month interest, not to exceed 18% per year. USAutomotive International assumes no expressed or implied liability for manufacturers defects, boxing errors or any additional overseas freight costs which may be incurred in order to correct a manufacturers’ defect or boxing error. All products are sold F.O.B. origin. Please report any physical damage to your shipping company. All sales are final. If any orders are cancelled after a purchase order has been issued, said orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee as long as the manufacturer accepts returns. If the manufacturer does not accept returns, the sale is considered final. Absolutely no returns can be accepted on any OEM Parts supplied to USAutomotive International from dealers (i.e.: GM, Ford, Chrysler). All parts returned to Federal Mogul for credit after 30 days will automatically incur a 20% restocking fee. Any defective returns which are accepted by either manufacturer or USAutomotive International must be returned freight prepaid and will only be accepted with a prior return authorization number. All returns without a prior return authorization number will be refused and returned to shipper at shipper’s expense.

2. Visa, Mastercard, Amex (Processing Fee Applies)
3. Bank Wire Transfer (Processing Fee Applies)
4. Cashier’s Check (U.S. Funds Only, Drawn on a U.S. Bank)
PRICING- USAutomotive International will make every effort to assure that Prices listed online, by E-mail, and by fax are correct and reflect current Manufacturers/Suppliers published price lists. Due to the volume of part numbers, vendors, and the ever changing prices forwarded to us by our suppliers, USAutomotive International can not be liable for any incorrect price listed, typographical error, outdated price, or any other errors in regard to pricing. USAutomotive International will accept as a return with appropriate Return Authorization Number, any item which has substantially changed in price and is no longer desired by the customer.
FREIGHT- OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES : Shipments outside the continental U.S. are NOT eligible for Pre-Paid Freight. We are not responsible for shortages or damages incurred by the carrier after shipment is picked up from our dock. It is YOUR responsibility to file claims with the Delivery Carrier. Do not sign for any merchandise which appears damaged until you inspect it. We must be notified by phone of any shipping errors immediately upon receipt of shipment.
CHARGES - We DO NOT charge any additional handling charge or box charge over and above the quoted cost of merchandise. There is an additional charge for special pallets required for certain European countries
WARRANTIES - Products sold by USAutomotive International carry only the manufacturers’ warranty. Any parts returned for warranty consideration must be Pre-Paid. USAutomotive International shall not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from any defect in material or workmanship. For all purposes, USAutomotive International shall be considered a “product seller” as defined in O.C.G.A. Section 51-1-11.1 or as any similar defined product distributor under any other state or federal statute to which this contract may be subject.
